Eve's Story

Eve Devitt, 18, is a senior at Boise High, an actress, poet, and human rights activist. For years, she and her family have led the charge to defend trans rights in Idaho, organizing rallies, meeting with lawmakers, and testifying at the legislature. Eve answers hate and bigotry with love and resilience and helped to build a community statewide to spread the message to LGBTQ+ youth: you are loved and welcome here.
